D4CoreAI builds on capabilities validated through production systems, applied research, living labs and technology partnerships. Some earlier projects used components and methods that contributed to today’s platform but were not full deployments of the current product.
Toronto Metropolitan University
Operational smart-campus platform and living lab: Developed an integrated smart campus data platform and cognitive digital twin. The system connects building, infrastructure and sensor data, provides real-time operational views and ingests over 500,000 records daily.
Transport for London
Cycle-hire operational system: Delivered a secure, cloud-based operational environment integrating asset management, maintenance, field operations and real-time performance data. The system integrated eight applications, processed more than 68,000 tracking messages, 20,000 work orders daily, and achieved 99.95% availability.
Municipal Utility
Installed utility platform: Deployed Intelligent System Management platform and partnered to develop an integrated municipal utility solution. It connected customer and billing systems, asset and work management, financial reporting, smart metering, GIS, field access and operational performance analysis across water, wastewater, electricity, natural gas and broadband services.
Property Management
Digital Transformation: Delivered and operated a governed cloud environment supporting comprehensive digital transformation. The engagement applied capabilities in facility analytics, asset and workforce management systems, cloud automation, monitoring, security, change management, resilience, disaster recovery and public-sector compliance in a live operating environment.
