OUR STORY
Built from operational experience, not AI hype.
D4 Intelligence emerged from years of work connecting enterprise and operational systems across utilities, transportation, facilities, cloud services, public-sector environments and applied research.
Those engagements repeatedly exposed the same problem: important information was distributed across systems that were never designed to operate as one. Dashboards could display individual signals, but organizations still lacked the governed context needed to understand relationships, anticipate consequences and coordinate action.
The capabilities developed through that work were progressively brought together into D4CoreAI: one extensible foundation for connecting data, creating operational context, applying analytics and AI, and delivering intelligence to the people and systems responsible for acting.

OPERATIONAL SMART CAMPUS LIVING LAB
Toronto Metropolitan University
The TMU smart-campus living lab integrates extensive infrastructure and sensor data to validate cognitive digital twins within the D4CoreAI platform. This operational environment processes over 500,000 daily records, providing real-time visibility and a robust testing ground for complex data-platform benchmarks.
INTELLIGENT UTILITY MANAGEMENT
City/Municipal Utility
Deployed Intelligent System Management platform and partnered to develop an integrated municipal utility solution that connected customer and billing systems, asset and work management, financial reporting, smart metering, GIS, field access and operational performance analysis across multiple utility services.
DEFENSE & GOVERNMENT
DND IDEaS
Awarded $1.38 million across two phases, this DND/CAF IDEaS project built a secure Federated Cloud HR Service solution that unified fragmented human resources data into a governed environment, facilitating complex cross-departmental analysis, secure data sharing, and enhanced decision-making capabilities.

D4CoreAI's development is informed by a proven foundation of past projects. Some key experience includes managing enterprise utility technology and cloud services for Advanced Utility Systems, guiding digital transformation for Lennox International, and delivering analytics for BC Infrastructure Benefits, among many other clients.
Cycle-hire operational system
Transport for London
Delivered a secure, cloud-based operational environment integrating asset management, maintenance, field operations and real-time performance data. The system integrated eight applications, processed more than 68,000 tracking messages, 20,000 work orders daily, and achieved 99.95% availability.
Digital TransformatioN
Property & Facility Management
Delivered and operated a governed cloud environment supporting comprehensive digital transformation that applied capabilities in facility analytics, asset and workforce management systems, cloud automation, monitoring, security, change management, resilience, disaster recovery and public-sector compliance.
